The staff was very friendly and engaging. It was my birthday and they helped me celebrate with a card signed by the staff and breakfast and some delicious chocolate candy..The entire week was great. The facility was clean, quiet has a great location to nearby shopping and the interstate.

Two beds room is spacious and the bedding was comfortable. the hot shower was the best i ever experienced . but the flow of the hot water from the faucet of lavabo was very poor.

Clean place. Friendly staff. Well maintained. Nice location for accessing San Mateo as well as Palo Alto and just minutes from downtown San fransisco. I had a rental car so getting around was easy.

The room is spacious and the staff are friendly. It is quiet, and not really noticed of the renovation noise.

Room comfortable, staff SMILING. Shower faucet closed so tight I had to punch it open (it was the fix for a dripping shower) . Repair was done same day.
